As a NextGen machine operator you agree to:

Operate the machine only in the United States.
Not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the NextGen firmware or software.
Not use the machine to print material that infringes intellectual property, is defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, incites violence, or is otherwise unlawful.
Keep the machine’s payment terminal compliant with PCI requirements (we handle this automatically via our provisioning).
Report material faults or safety concerns within 48 hours via your Client Portal.

NextGen Vending Co reserves the right to remotely disable any machine operating in violation of this policy.
