NextGen Vending Co custom phone case printing machine
Buying a Machine
How much does a phone case vending machine cost?
The NextGen Phone Case Printing Machine costs $20,000 as a complete turnkey package: the machine, design software, payment terminal, 1,000 phone cases, ink for 2,000 prints, delivery, installation, training, and 90 days of launch support. Free delivery anywhere in the continental US.
How much does a t-shirt printing vending machine cost?
The NextGen T-Shirt Printing Machine costs $30,000 as a complete turnkey package: the machine, direct-to-garment printer, design touchscreen, payment terminal, starter shirt blanks and ink, delivery, installation, training, and 90 days of launch support. Free delivery anywhere in the continental US.
How much does a perfume vending machine cost?
The NextGen Perfume Vending Machine costs $3,000 — a compact wall-mounted fragrance machine built for pubs, clubs, nightclubs and bars. Tap-to-pay contactless sprays, zero floor space, starter fragrance stock and free delivery included, with a 12-month US warranty. Order online and our sales team confirms delivery on your call.
How do I buy a machine online?
Pick your machine on the Buy a Machine page and check out online in about two minutes — no account needed. After your order, our US sales team calls you to confirm everything, provide bank transfer payment details, and lock in your delivery window and venue placement.
What payment methods do you accept?
US bank transfer (ACH or wire). Place your order online and our sales team provides the bank details on your confirmation call. Equipment financing is also available through our US lending partners on approved credit, typically 24–60 month terms.
Can I buy both machines?
Yes — many operators run the phone case machine and the t-shirt machine side by side for roughly $2,000/week combined profit potential. Order each machine individually online, and we coordinate a single delivery and install where possible.
How long until my machine is earning?
Six weeks from cleared payment to a live, installed machine. That covers the build, branding, delivery, on-site installation, calibration, and your hands-on training.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the continental United States, free of charge, including positioning, power-up, inventory load, and calibration at your venue.
Why does NextGen cost more than an imported machine?
Because the sticker price on an imported machine isn't the real price. A bare overseas unit still needs freight, customs clearance, dock delivery, installation, cases, ink, payment hardware that settles to a US bank, and someone to call when it breaks — and your floor space earns nothing while you arrange all of it. NextGen's $20,000 / $30,000 is the complete, installed, stocked, supported, earning machine — with a 12-month US warranty, field service, venue placement help, and a sales team you can actually call.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. The moment you place your order online you receive an invoice email with your order number and full order summary. Our sales team then calls to confirm everything and provide the bank transfer details for payment — once funds clear, your build and 6-week delivery window start.
Can you market my machine and drive traffic to it?
Yes — optional marketing packages start at $500 per month. Our team markets your machine and drives traffic to its location with local campaigns, increasing your exposure and sales. It's completely optional — your machine earns without it — and you can add or drop it any time. Ask about it on your sales call.
T-Shirt Machine
What does the t-shirt vending machine do?
It's a self-serve custom apparel store in one compact unit. Customers pick a shirt style, size and color on the touchscreen, upload a photo or design with on-screen tools, pay contactless, and the machine prints the shirt on the spot with direct-to-garment (DTG) printing — bagged and delivered to the pickup drawer in minutes.
How much do custom t-shirts sell for?
Custom printed tees typically retail for $25–$45 per shirt — a materially higher ticket than phone accessories, with the same self-serve, watch-it-print experience that draws crowds in malls, campuses, events, and tourist locations.
What's included with the t-shirt machine?
Everything you need to launch: the machine, DTG print system, design touchscreen, PCI-compliant payment terminal, starter shirt blanks and ink, free delivery and install in the continental US, hands-on training, owner portal access, and 90 days of launch support — all for $30,000.
How durable are the printed shirts?
DTG printing lays vivid, full-color, wash-durable graphics onto premium blanks. Prints survive repeated machine washing without cracking or peeling when washed cold and inside-out — care instructions print on the receipt.
Can the t-shirt machine run unattended?
Yes. Like our phone case machine, it's fully self-serve with remote monitoring, cashless payments, and OTA software updates. You restock blanks and ink on your schedule — the owner dashboard tells you when.
Customers
How long does one case take to print?
Most designs are printed and ready in under 5 minutes from the moment you tap Start. Complex artwork or full-bleed photos may take up to 7 minutes. The machine shows a live progress estimate on-screen.
Which phones are supported?
We support 500+ models across iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus, and Motorola. The full, always-current list is on the Devices page. New devices are added over-the-air every month with no machine downtime.
How durable is the finished case?
Premium TPU/PC construction, drop-tested, with a raised camera bezel and reinforced corners. The UV-LED print is scratch-resistant and survives repeated daily use, including time in pockets and bags.
Can I use my own photos?
Absolutely. The machine lets you upload directly from your phone via QR code or tap-to-share. We also offer curated artwork packs and on-screen design tools. Your photos are never stored after the print job completes.
How much does a case cost?
Pricing varies by design and venue, but most cases are $25–$35. Exact pricing is shown on the machine before you commit — there are no hidden fees or subscription prompts.
What if my design prints wrong?
Every machine includes a satisfaction check — if the finished case doesn't match the on-screen preview due to a print defect, we reprint on the spot for free. Just flag a staff member or tap Support on the machine.
Do I need an app or account?
No. NextGen is fully self-serve with zero downloads. Pick your phone, upload or design, pay, go. If you want a digital receipt, you can opt in during checkout.
Can I print multiple cases for gifts?
Yes — order as many as you like in a single session. The machine batches print jobs and dispenses them together.
Hosts & Venues
How does the revenue share work?
We pay hosts a monthly rev-share based on machine performance. Transparent reporting, direct deposit, no minimum volume commitments, no surprise deductions. Exact terms are confirmed in your proposal.
How much space do I need?
Under 2.5 square feet of floor space, plus a standard 110V outlet within reach. No plumbing, no bolt-downs, no structural changes, no venue damage.
Who services the machine?
Our US field service team handles all maintenance, restocking, and repairs. Remote monitoring catches most issues before customers notice them. Your team never touches the machine.
Is the machine insured?
Yes — general liability coverage is standard on every NextGen unit. We issue a COI directly to your property entity within 24 hours of request.
Can we brand the machine for our venue?
Custom skins and launch signage are available for larger venues and multi-location partnerships. Ask our placement team for options during your proposal call.
How long does install take on-site?
Typical install is 4–6 hours including delivery, positioning, power-up, inventory load, and calibration. We schedule around your venue hours — most installs happen overnight or pre-open.
What's the agreement term?
Month-to-month host agreements. We believe good placements speak for themselves — if it's not working, nobody should be locked in.
Owners & Operators
What does ownership cost?
Owner packages start at competitive retail-tech pricing with US financing available through our lending partners. Request the Owner Pack on the Own a Machine page for current figures, full package tiers (Starter / Pro / Enterprise), and a sample ROI model.
Do you help with venue placement?
Yes. Our US placement team provides warm intros, lease templates, and rev-share language designed for shopping centers and airports. Pro and Enterprise package operators get access to our shortlist of pre-negotiated venues.
What kind of training is included?
Hardware operation, software walkthrough, merchandising, marketing playbook, and escalation procedures. Plus 90 days of post-launch support with weekly ops check-ins and performance review.
Can I buy multiple machines?
Yes. Multi-unit packages (Pro 2–5, Enterprise 6+) unlock bulk pricing, priority placement, dedicated launch manager, and territory discussions. Territory exclusivity available on qualification.
Are financing options available?
Yes. Capital equipment financing through our US lending partners, typically 24–60 month terms on approved credit. We introduce you to the partner during onboarding — paperwork happens in parallel with your build.
What is the typical payback window?
Illustrative projections suggest roughly 12 months for well-placed units. Actual results depend on venue footfall, operating hours, and marketing effort. Full model provided in the Owner Pack.
How many cases can the machine hold?
Up to 595 phone cases across 85 cargo lanes — typically 7–14 days of inventory between restocks depending on venue throughput.
Can I customize the machine branding?
Standard finish is the premium NextGen brand, which unlocks national marketing support and faster venue placement. Custom skins are available for Enterprise package operators. We don't force foreign branding — unlike most imported machines.
How are customer payments settled?
Transactions process through our US-based PCI-compliant payment hardware and deposit directly to your linked bank account on a daily cycle. ACH-friendly, no FX friction, no overseas gateway.
Do I need technical experience?
None. Daily operation is simple — check the dashboard, wipe the display, restock cases every 1–2 weeks. All software updates happen overnight over-the-air.
Support, Warranty & Service
What is the warranty period?
All hardware is covered under a 12-month manufacturer warranty from activation, with extended support plans available. Warranty covers parts, service visits, and repair labor.
What if the machine goes offline?
Our monitoring detects outages in real time and alerts our US ops team automatically. Most issues resolve remotely the same day via OTA diagnostics. Hardware issues get an on-site visit within 24–48 hours.
How are software updates handled?
All software updates are pushed over-the-air overnight. Zero downtime during business hours. New devices, new artwork packs, security patches — all automatic.
How do I reach support?
US phone, email, and live chat — no WeChat QR codes, no international WhatsApp threads. Support hours are 24/7 for critical issues and business hours for general operational questions.
What maintenance do owners need to do?
Minimal. Wipe the print head once a week, keep the touchscreen clean, and restock cases on schedule. Our dashboard alerts you when ink or case inventory is running low.
Are spare parts stocked in the US?
Yes. All consumables, common wear parts, and hardware modules are stocked in our US warehouse for fast shipping. No international freight delays.

Still have questions?

Our US team responds within one business day. No gatekeepers, no sales scripts.
