Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories ship at cost (quoted on order).

Machine delivery

Machines are delivered on a wheeled hardwood crate by LTL freight. Typical transit: 7–14 business days from dispatch. Curbside delivery is included; lift-gate service is included for all orders. Inside delivery can be arranged at cost.

Install timeline

Machines ship within 4–6 weeks of payment clearance. Your order confirmation email includes your build slot and estimated ship date.

Consumables

Cases, ink, and spare parts ship same business day for orders placed before 2 PM ET, next business day otherwise. Transit is typically 2–4 business days via FedEx or UPS Ground.

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking links by email as soon as a shipment leaves our warehouse.

Lost or damaged shipments

File a claim within 72 hours of delivery (or expected delivery, if lost). Email hello@nextgenvendingco.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

International

We do not currently ship outside the United States. Operating the NextGen Machine outside the US voids warranty.
