1. Acceptance
By using this site or purchasing from NextGen Vending Co, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
2. The product
The NextGen Machine is a commercial retail-tech machine sold to qualifying US business buyers. All product specifications, features, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Specifications in published materials are approximate and may vary between production runs.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Listed price does not include applicable state or local taxes unless stated. Orders are accepted at our discretion; we may cancel any order for any reason and refund the amount paid.
4. Payment
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe and US bank transfer (ACH or wire). Orders paid by bank transfer are reserved but not shipped until funds clear. Card payments are captured at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery within the contiguous United States is included in the purchase price. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories incur additional shipping costs quoted separately. Estimated delivery window: typically 4–6 weeks from payment clearance.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or export the NextGen software or firmware. Operating the machine outside the United States voids warranty. You may not use the machine to print material that infringes copyright, trademarks, or applicable law; NextGen Vending Co reserves the right to disable machines found printing prohibited content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGen Vending Co’s aggregate liability arising from or related to this agreement is limited to the amount paid by you for the product. NextGen Vending Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify NextGen Vending Co against any claim arising from your operation of the machine in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
